Could you please tell our readers a brief background about yourself and how you started your business?

It all started at the age of fifteen when I decided to monetize gaming. In 2014 gaming market was a lot smaller than it is now, moreover, only a narrow circle of people had known about its existence and potential. After earning my first money in this sphere, I took the decision to quit school and focus on growing my business.

By the age of eighteen, I created the first company, that specialized in online courses and seminars production in German. We scaled it, and in 2019 I moved to Cyprus, where I started to establish more companies and expand my vision.

Where did the idea for Maindl International come from?

I thought from the beginning that the name of a person is the biggest asset. “People can take everything from you, but never your name” was one of the phrases I was guided by since my youth. It was clear for me: my company will carry my name.

What are you currently doing to maintain/grow your business?

In my opinion, success is formed by habits. The outcome you receive is a reflection of your daily routine, conscious and automatic actions. My day consists of many rituals, such as waking up early, reading, making sports. I will describe them in detail in my upcoming book.

Have my word, making money is not about making money. It’s about the process that stands beside it.

What are the three biggest challenges you have faced growing the business and how did you overcome them?

Firstly, The biggest challenge, in the beginning, was an absence of the community, where I would be well known. I was constantly searching for clients and every time I had to jump over my head to prove my professionalism. Now the clients are searching for me, I made a great reputation to have a waiting list of people, who want to work with me.

Secondly, my mistake was thinking short-term. We all want fast money in the beginning, but this term is coming parallel with stability in the future, with the chance to scale the business. I think it’s all about time, it’s a moment you should just pass.

Last but not least, is using the capital right. When you get a huge amount of money in your hands, your brain stops analyzing the situation. You have the ability to buy, and you decide to buy everything even without a real need. I understood the importance of control, it came with time.

As an entrepreneur, what is it that actually motivates and drives you?

The fact that I can make an impact on the world. People motivate me, my progress motivates me… changing the lives of other people.

Not long ago my friends and I came up with the idea of making a new volunteer platform, where every person in the world can help the world become a better place. We are in the process of bringing this idea to life now, and it is my biggest motivation.

What social media platforms do you usually use to increase your brand’s awareness and why?

I have been mostly using LinkedIn, it’s a great platform to promote the business because it is only related to business people. Nowadays, Instagram plays a big role in the online world, so I started to grow it as well. I should have done it earlier, but I understood its potential only now.

What form of marketing has worked well for your business throughout the years?

In the beginning, we did a lot of paid traffic on Google and Facebook. I think that it is a very good option to start with, but the long-term goal should be building the personal brand and generating followers.

What is one piece of advice you still remember and that has practically changed your life?

Success is just the result of consistency!

What’s your daily routine? How do you achieve work-life balance?

I don’t think that something like “work-life balance” exists. If you love your work, you will do everything to reach your goals, that’s it. Work is part of my life, just as my relationship and friends. Does not make sense to separate one from another.

Previously I was telling about routine and habits, it’s not only related to work and money. Every sphere of my life is balanced up till the point I am present in it. One of many on my daily do-to list is spending time with my girlfriend.

What is the one book that you recommend our community should read and why?

The Power Principe – Tony Robbins. This book opened my eyes. I discovered my hidden power and got rid of blocks that were stopping me. My mental growth started after reading it. Before reaching success in any area, you should clear the mind and open your eyes. This absolutely astonishing book will help!

What advice would you give to a newbie Entrepreneur setting up their first business?

Someone will always try to stop you. People, whom you consider as closest can do so as well. Saving the power of reaction- this is important. The way will be cruel, difficult, and tough, but you have to look straightforward without insecurity.

Always Believe in yourself, in your ability to win, to build, to succeed. You will make mistakes, take them as an experience, not as a loss. Work creates opportunities.
